One of the most popular type of websites in the Flippa marketplace is the 100% Unique Content ClickBank Ready Website. These websites typically feature an ebook, video, or both and are supposed to be ready for the new owner to plug right in to ClickBank.
Flippa.com has thoughtfully included a Copyscape driven section of the listing description that lists the number of copies found.
Below is an example of a site which claims to be 100% unique, but is anything but.

This site appears to be a copy of http://www.insiderforexsecrets.com In fact, the salespage appears to be an exact duplicate. Even though the seller claims this design is unique, it is not.
As the other elements of this site are not unique, we would venture to say that the seller is not leveling with us and that the ebook being offered may not be unique either.
This is the type of website to avoid buying. There are tons of good website sellers on Flippa.com…so when you see a listing like the one we have listed above just keep looking and we are sure you will find a good site to purchase.
